Therapy Services

Intimate Partnerships
I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Prepare and Enrich, and Discernment Therapy. This allows me to use an integrated approach to help those in intimate partnerships reconnect and create lasting satisfaction. I have experience treating a variety of intimate partnerships including: same-sex couples, polyamorous people, pre-marital couples.
Individual Therapy
I use my training in evidence-based treatments to help individuals create a life worth living. Using Dialectical Behavior and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral therapies coupled with perspectives on attachment and person-centered approaches to therapy, I help individuals learn skills to help them reach their unique goals.
Family Therapy
As a trained systems therapist, I approach family therapy from the perspective that we all are influenced by our environment and, in return, influence our environments. Using a collaborative approach, I help families reach their goals and increase healing and connection within the family system.
Supervision Services
"...marriage and family therapists show their work to one another, invite comment from each other, and recognize themselves as an integral part of every interaction." -Thomas C. Todd, The Complete Systemic Supervisor

Clinical Consultation and Supervision
I provide supervision through an anti-oppression and intersectional feminist lens that is adaptive to clinician needs.
I am an AAMFT approved supervisor in Washington state.
I seek supervisees who want support in navigating the challenges of the mental health industry, case consultation, building competency, focusing on self-of-the-therapist, transitioning to private practice, and decolonizing therapy.
Nicolette is an amazing supervisor. My time in supervision with her was invaluable. She is insightful, honest, and provides excellent feedback. I felt that I could trust her and be open about any challenges I was having as a clinician and never feared being judged. Additionally, she is very knowledgeable about different modalities and that was beneficial for me in learning many different approaches I could use with my clients.
Nicolette was my supervisor for close to a year while working in community mental health. In many circumstances she went out of her way to help me towards my licensure. She has a good sense of humor which helps when dealing with some of the stress that comes up in this field. In addition she gave me a lot of insight about working to ensure the safety of suicidal clients that I still use to this day.
