Intimate Partnerships
Many couples find themselves stuck in cycles of conflict, emotional distance, or repeated misunderstandings that feel hard to change on their own. I help partners slow these patterns down, understand what’s happening underneath them, and build new ways of communicating, repairing, and reconnecting.

Individual Therapy
I work with adults who want to better understand their relational patterns, navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, and burnout, and create more secure ways of connecting with themselves and others.
Family Therapy
I also support families navigating communication challenges, stress, and relational conflict, with a focus on improving understanding and connection.

About Me
I’m Nicolette Stenger, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps adults and couples navigate relational distress, emotional disconnection, and patterns that feel difficult to change.
My work is grounded in attachment and systems theory, and focuses on understanding the emotional patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
I bring a collaborative, steady presence to therapy, integrating approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to support meaningful change in relationships.
